I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at this dental practice. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist greets you with a warm smile, and you immediately feel like you’re in good hands. The waiting area is cozy, with comfortable seating and magazines to pass the time. I’ve had several procedures done, including routine cleanings and a crown replacement, and every time, I’ve been impressed by the professionalism and expertise displayed by the entire team. Dr. Patel has an excellent bedside manner, and he explains everything clearly before starting any procedures. What stands out to me is how they strive to make sure you're pain-free during treatments—definitely a plus for someone like me who used to dread dental visits! The only aspect that could be improved is perhaps the length of wait times if you come for an afternoon appointment; I waited about 20 minutes the last time. However, I completely understand that sometimes things get backed up. Regardless, I will keep returning because the quality of care is exceptional. I've been going to this dental office for about two years now, and I must say, it's been a wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Dr. Smith is not only knowledgeable but truly takes the time to explain every procedure in detail, which really helped ease my anxiety about dental work. I had a couple of fillings done, and he was gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The hygienists are equally awesome; they are thorough yet gentle during cleanings. The office itself is very clean and has a calming atmosphere, which I appreciate. My only minor feedback would be that getting an appointment can be a bit tricky since they have limited hours, especially being closed on weekends. But overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and efficient dental practice!
