Every time I visit this takeout spot, I’m reminded of my grandmother’s cooking. Their fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just like she used to make. I also love the green beans; they have the perfect seasoning that makes them irresistible. The customer service is friendly, and I've never had an issue with my orders. However, I wish they could expand their menu a bit, maybe add more vegetarian options. Still, this place is a fantastic find for anyone craving hearty Southern comfort food!

I ordered for the first time last week after hearing raving reviews from friends. The menu is filled with classic comfort food, and I couldn’t resist trying the fried catfish, macaroni, and cornbread. The portion sizes were generous, and each dish was packed with flavor. The catfish had a golden, crispy coating and was cooked to perfection, while the macaroni was the epitome of creamy goodness. I also loved the cornbread; it was soft and slightly sweet, just how I prefer it. However, I did experience a bit of a delay in my order, which was a bummer, but the staff was friendly and kept me informed. I’ll definitely be back to try the desserts next time, especially after hearing about their sweet potato pie!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! The vibe is casual and welcoming, perfect for picking up some comfort food. I’ve had the pleasure of trying their oxtails, and they were tender and flavorful, served up with some delectable rice and gravy. The best part? The dessert! I had the banana pudding, and it was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever tasted—so creamy and with just the right amount of sweetness. Only constructive feedback: I wish they offered online ordering for pickup. It would save time and streamline the process. Nonetheless, this spot has quickly become a staple in my weekly meals!

I recently discovered this gem of a takeout spot, and I'm hooked! The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, just how I like it. The macaroni and cheese is a must-try; it’s creamy and comforting, perfect for a cozy night in. I also indulged in their sweet potato pie for dessert, and wow, it was heavenly! The only downside was the wait time during dinner hours; I had to be patient, but the delicious food made it worth it. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their offerings!
