My recent visit was quite positive, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about their patients. The office itself is clean and has a welcoming decor that puts you at ease the minute you walk in. The staff was attentive and made sure I didn’t feel anxious about my procedures. Dr. Miller was particularly friendly and took the time to explain my treatment plan. I also appreciated the follow-up email with care instructions, which was very helpful. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, even though it was a busy day. Perhaps they could streamline their scheduling a little better? I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! As someone who has had quite a few dental visits over the years, I have to admit this was one of the best. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere feels less like a clinical office and more like a home. I had a lot of questions about my treatment options, and the staff was more than willing to answer each one thoroughly. The technology they use is up-to-date, which made everything feel efficient and comfortable. One thing I enjoyed was that they took time to educate me on dental care tips, which is something I haven’t experienced at other places. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, I would recommend they open on Saturdays, as it’s difficult for those of us who work 9 to 5 to find time during weekdays. Overall, an outstanding experience and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Having moved to the area not too long ago, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new dentist. However, this place turned out to be a gem! The hygienist was gentle and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning process. I particularly appreciated how they took the time to show me the x-rays and explained each finding. Dr. Jones was equally thorough, discussing treatment options and ensuring I understood everything before making decisions. The only thing I think could improve is their phone line responsiveness. I had to call a few times to schedule my appointment, and it took longer than expected to get through. But once I was there, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I left with a brighter smile and a sense of relief knowing I’ve found a great dentist!
