I had a wonderful experience at this credit union last week! The staff members were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I needed help setting up a new savings account, and James took the time to walk me through each step. He was knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the options available. I also appreciated how they offer competitive interest rates, which is something I've been looking for! The only thing I wish is that they had longer weekend hours, especially for those of us who work during the week. Other than that, I can’t recommend them enough for their excellent customer service!

I just opened my first account here, and I'm impressed! The team is super helpful and the process was quick and easy. I especially liked how they explained everything in a way that made sense. The only downside was that parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but that’s a minor issue for the excellent service I received. I can’t wait to start using my account more!
