Their team is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have the information I need. However, their Saturday hours could use some improvement. Closing at 1 PM means I often have to rush to get there after my errands. It would be fantastic if they could stay open a little longer on weekends. I also think it would be great to have more educational resources available online. While they do offer some, expanding their library would be beneficial for members looking to enhance their financial literacy. They took the time to explain all the different account options and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. I appreciated that they were not pushy at all, which made me feel comfortable. The lobby is spacious and bright, giving off a warm vibe that made my first visit relaxing. One thing I especially loved was their extensive online banking options. Setting up my online account was a breeze, and it’s so convenient to manage my finances from my phone. I’ve already used their mobile deposit feature a couple of times, and it worked flawlessly! I also attended a financial seminar they hosted last week, which was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about budgeting and saving. The presenter was engaging and knowledgeable, making what could be a dry subject genuinely interesting. If I had to offer some constructive feedback, it would be about their hours. I wish they were open a bit later during the week since I work full-time and can only get there during lunch hour. Also, if they could add more ATMs around town, that would be a huge plus.
