I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I had some nerves going in, but he eased my worries with a detailed explanation of the procedure I was facing. The staff was kind and respectful, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did notice that they didn’t have the best appointment scheduling system, as there was some confusion regarding my appointment time. It was resolved quickly, though. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in need of urological care!

I recently had a consultation here, and I can’t express how impressed I was with the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the receptionists were incredibly helpful. The waiting room was clean and inviting, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Great experience overall! The doctor was very professional and attentive. I appreciated how he explained my treatment options clearly. The only downside was the wait time—it felt like I was there for a while. But once I was seen, I felt all my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this practice! The team was incredibly friendly and efficient. I loved how the doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns, which is rare these days. I felt like a valued patient rather than just another number. The technology they used during the examination was advanced, which put my mind at ease. The only thing I would suggest is having more seating in the waiting area since it can get a bit crowded at peak times. Overall, a solid five-star experience!
