I can't say enough about the excellent service I received at this auto body shop! After an unfortunate fender bender, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to go. A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist, who was not only friendly but also super knowledgeable about the repair process. They took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel much more at ease. The shop was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their work. I also appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They even sent me photos of the progress, which is a nice touch that most places don’t offer! When I got my car back, it looked brand new—better than I could have imagined! The only minor snag was that it took a couple of days longer than initially estimated, but they communicated this well and I didn’t mind waiting for quality work. I recently had my car serviced at this auto body shop and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how they provided a detailed estimate before starting the work, which helped me budget accordingly. The quality of their repair work is top-notch—my car looks fantastic! The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps expanding their hours on Saturdays to make it easier for those of us who work during the week. Overall, a fantastic experience!
