I had my first appointment at this dental office last week and came away with a very positive impression. The staff was welcoming and efficient, which I always appreciate in a busy practice. Dr. Kaplan was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my dental health. I felt like he really listened to my concerns, which made me much more relaxed. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve their appointment scheduling process. I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but once I got in, everything went smoothly. Overall, I’m pleased and will definitely be returning for my next check-up!

Dr. Kaplan is fantastic—he not only took the time to discuss my dental history but also made sure to address all my concerns. I appreciate how he explained the treatment options without pressure, allowing me to make informed decisions. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and I felt completely at ease during the cleaning. The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant, and I loved the cozy waiting area with magazines and a coffee station. My only minor suggestion would be to add some more seating in the waiting area, as it was a bit crowded when I visited. Overall, I am thrilled with my choice and feel confident in the care I am receiving!
