I dropped by recently to get my leather loafers repaired, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service here. The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps expanding their selection of shoe care products; I would love to pick up a cleaner or polish while I was there. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I brought in a pair of high heels that I thought were beyond saving after a nasty spill. The service was prompt, and the staff truly cares about their customers. They were so knowledgeable and explained the repair process in detail. When I picked them up, I couldn’t believe my eyes—they looked even better than before! The pricing was quite fair, especially considering the quality of the work. One minor thing is their limited hours on Saturdays; I wish they could stay open a bit longer. But honestly, I would wait any day just to have my shoes fixed here. Highly recommend!
