I had my first appointment at this vision care center last week, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the whole process was. I recently had an eye exam at the clinic, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had at an ophthalmologist. Dr. Tharp was exceptionally thorough and took the time to explain every step of the process, which put me at ease. The office itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They greeted me with smiles and were very helpful in answering all my questions. I particularly appreciated how they offered a wide range of eyewear options; it made choosing a new pair of glasses a much more enjoyable task than I expected! The only thing I would say could be improved is the waiting time; it was a bit longer than I anticipated. However, given the level of care I received, I would say it was absolutely worth it. I left feeling confident about my vision and with a great pair of glasses that I can’t wait to start wearing.
