I had the most wonderful experience with my daughter at her recent appointment! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The waiting area was bright and cheerful, filled with children's books and toys, which kept my little one entertained while we waited. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we didn't wait long before being called back. Dr. Shepard is absolutely amazing! She took the time to really listen to our concerns and made my daughter feel at ease. It was refreshing to see a doctor who is so passionate about her work. During the examination, Dr. Shepard was gentle and explained everything in a way that was easy for my daughter to understand. She encouraged her to ask questions, which I loved. I also appreciated that she took the time to discuss preventive care, which can sometimes be overlooked in pediatric visits. The only small downside was that the office could be a bit difficult to find, as it's tucked away in a small plaza. A clearer sign outside would have helped. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking for a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician! We will definitely be coming back for our follow-up visits, and I feel so relieved knowing that my daughter is in such capable hands.

As a new parent, choosing the right pediatrician for my baby was a daunting task. After doing some research and reading reviews, I decided to give this office a try, and I'm so glad I did! The environment is perfect for little ones, with plenty of colorful decor and toys that made my child smile right away. Dr. Shepard was incredibly kind and patient during our first visit. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn't rush through the appointment, which made me feel valued as a parent. It was also great that she encouraged my baby to play with some of the toys during the visit, making it easier for me to gauge developmental milestones. However, I did notice that it was a bit tricky to schedule an appointment online, and I had some trouble navigating the website. A more user-friendly system would be a fantastic improvement! Despite that minor hiccup, I left feeling very satisfied and confident in the care my child will receive. The staff also followed up the next day to see how my baby was doing, which was a lovely touch that shows they genuinely care. I would definitely recommend this office to other parents!
