What a gem of a spot! I visited this deli last weekend and was blown away by the quality of the food. I tried the sarma and it was so tender, just melted in my mouth. I’ve been a fan of Eastern European cuisine for years, and this place has quickly become one of my favorites! Everything from the atmosphere to the food felt authentic. I ordered the stuffed peppers and was pleasantly surprised by how well they were seasoned; they had just the right amount of spice! The portion sizes are generous, so make sure to bring your appetite. The staff, including the owner, were genuinely passionate about their food and took the time to explain some of the dishes to me. They even offered me a taste of their homemade baba ghanoush, which I must say, was a delightful surprise! My only suggestion would be to have a few more dessert options; I was really hoping to try a traditional sweet but they were out of the ones I wanted that day. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I can’t wait to repeat!
