This bank has been my go-to for personal banking for a while now, and I really appreciate the local feel it offers. The team is always friendly and makes banking less intimidating. I recently opened a savings account, and the process was smooth. However, I wish they had more ATM locations around town, as sometimes it's tough to find one nearby. I switched to this bank a few months ago, and I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised! The branch is always kept tidy and organized, making it easy to navigate. I had an issue with my debit card that was resolved almost immediately by one of the tellers, who was so patient and understanding. They have a great variety of account options, and the interest rates seem reasonable, especially compared to some other banks I considered. One thing I would suggest is extending their hours on Fridays; it's a bit challenging to get there before they close at 5 PM after a long workweek. But overall, I’ve had a great experience so far and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff!
