As someone who's always been a bit anxious about dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which helped calm my nerves as soon as I entered the office. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with paperwork. Dr. Vladimir was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my concerns before starting the exam. He thoroughly explained each procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I had a routine cleaning and some cosmetic work done, and I can already see a difference! My teeth feel amazing, and I left with a great sense of satisfaction. One area for improvement could be their appointment scheduling; I noticed the office can get a bit busy. I had to wait a little longer than anticipated, but once I was with Dr. Vladimir, all of that faded away. Overall, I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back! Dr. Vladimir is not only skilled but also took the time to explain each step of the procedure I was undergoing. I appreciated that he focused on my comfort and made sure I knew what to expect. The office was clean and organized, making it a pleasant environment overall. I had a cleaning and some minor fillings done, and I felt at ease the entire time. One little thing I would suggest is that they could improve the wait time; I had to sit for about 20 minutes before being seen, but once I was in the chair, it was well worth it! I left with a brighter smile and feeling great about my dental health. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment and have already recommended this place to several friends. If you're looking for a dentist who listens and provides excellent care, look no further!
