What a fantastic experience! I went in for an eye exam, and it was quick yet thorough. The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this optometrist! The service was simply top-notch. I scheduled an appointment online, which was super easy, and I was seen promptly upon arrival. I loved how the doctor really took the time to go over my eye health. She made some insightful recommendations that I hadn’t considered before. Plus, the array of frames they have is fantastic! I found several pairs that caught my eye. The staff were attentive but not pushy, which I really appreciated. I ended up picking a pair that I've received compliments on already! One thing to note is that the store can get a bit crowded at peak times, which made it a little noisy — perhaps they could consider adding more seating for those waiting. Nonetheless, I left feeling satisfied and excited about my new glasses. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I recently had my eye exam at this location, and I must say, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and I didn't feel rushed at all. The optometrist took her time explaining each step of the exam and even went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. I had a lot of questions about my vision, and she answered them all thoroughly. I really appreciated how she explained my prescription in layman’s terms. After the exam, I browsed through their wide selection of frames, and I was impressed! There were so many stylish options to choose from, and the price points ranged nicely to fit any budget. The consultant who helped me pick out my glasses was incredibly patient and offered helpful suggestions based on my face shape and style preference. I ended up finding a pair that I absolutely love! One small area for improvement would be the wait time; I did wait a bit longer than expected to get my glasses adjusted after the fitting, but it was minor in comparison to the great service overall. I highly recommend visiting if you're in need of an eye exam or new glasses!
