What I particularly admire is how he takes the time to answer all my questions—no matter how trivial they may seem. I had a cleaning done last week, and the hygienist was not only thorough but also very gentle, which is important for someone like me who tends to be a bit sensitive. The only area where I think there's room for improvement is the scheduling; it can get a bit complicated trying to find a time that works.
