I had a fantastic experience here! I brought in a pair of heels that I thought were beyond repair, but the staff assured me they could work their magic. Not only were they able to fix the heels, but they also polished them up beautifully. I felt like I was picking up a completely new pair! The only thing I wish is that they offered a loyalty program or something for repeat customers because I will definitely be returning. I took my beloved loafers to this little shop that I discovered when searching for shoe repair places in the area. I was a bit nervous as they had seen better days, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth! The staff was genuinely passionate about their work and took the time to explain what they could do. I opted for a full refurbishment which included cleaning, resealing, and a new sole. When I picked them up a few days later, I was absolutely floored! They looked brand new, and I could tell they had been treated with great care. Also, the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of work. The only small hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated, but the results made it all worthwhile. It's rare to find a business where you can feel the love and dedication in their craft. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs and will be spreading the word to my friends!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! I took my favorite sneakers in for a sole replacement, and the level of service was fantastic. The owner was super attentive and really listened to what I wanted. He even suggested some extra stitching that would enhance their durability, which I appreciated. When I got them back, it was like stepping back in time to when I first bought them! The only downside was the shop was a little smaller than I expected, which made it feel a bit cramped, but the service made up for it. I also loved the little display of vintage shoes—they really know their craft! Highly recommend them to anyone needing shoe renovations.
