I am really impressed with the level of care I received! The doctor took the time to understand my symptoms, which made me feel really valued as a patient. The office was clean and organized, which is always a plus in my book. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth. One small area for improvement could be the waiting area, which seemed a bit cramped at times, especially during peak hours. I had a fantastic experience at this gastroenterology office! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. He had great bedside manner and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The only thing that could be improved is the scheduling; I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but once I was in the room with the doctor, it was well worth it.
