I can't recommend this place enough! I had a bit of a lice scare with my daughter, and I was at my wit's end trying to figure out what to do. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, immediately putting both of us at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of toys to keep my daughter entertained while we waited. The technician who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire treatment process to us. I appreciated how thorough they were; they even checked my hair just to be safe! The treatment worked like a charm, and we were lice-free in no time. The only minor feedback I would give is that the appointment scheduling could be a bit more flexible, as it was a little hard to find a time that worked for us. Overall, a fantastic experience and well worth the visit for any parent facing a lice issue!

One thing I would suggest is to maybe have more flexible hours on weekends. I know it can be tough for families to get in during the week, and a few extra hours on a Saturday would be a great help.
