Having struggled with glasses for most of my life, I finally decided to go for LASIK and chose this eye and laser institute. The experience was fantastic! The staff were super welcoming and made the entire process feel smooth. I particularly appreciated the nurse who walked me through the pre-operative steps and made sure I was comfortable. During the procedure, the doctor was calm and reassuring, while also being very efficient. I started seeing better right after the surgery, and my vision has continued to improve! The only thing I would suggest is to ensure a little more guidance on what to expect post-surgery, as I felt a bit unsure about some of the recovery signs. But overall, I’m very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their vision!
