The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it easy to unwind while getting pampered. I opted for a haircut and color, and I can't believe how great they turned out! The color is vibrant and exactly what I was hoping for. I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but considering the quality of the service, it was totally worth it.
