I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and genuinely friendly. The waiting area was clean and stylish, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Bordone took the time to listen to my concerns about my skin and explained everything in simple terms that I could easily understand. I appreciated how she didn’t rush through the appointment; instead, she ensured that all my questions were answered. The treatment she recommended for my acne-prone skin was both effective and gentle. It’s been a few weeks, and I am already seeing significant improvement! One thing I would suggest is to have a little more flexibility with appointment times, as it can sometimes be hard to find an opening. However, the effort is absolutely worth it for the quality of care I received. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. I had high expectations for my visit, and I’m glad to say they were met! The building was easy to find, and the interior was calm and inviting. Dr. Bordone's expertise was evident as she walked me through my skin issues and potential treatments. I was particularly grateful for her emphasis on prevention, which is something I hadn’t really considered before. I also appreciated how she took time to discuss lifestyle changes that could benefit my skin. On the downside, the follow-up appointment scheduling could improve; I found it a bit challenging to get through to someone on the phone. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience and looking forward to my next visit.

I recently had my first visit and it was quite an experience! The office has a modern look, which I loved. Dr. Bordone was professional yet approachable, making me feel comfortable right away. She examined my skin thoroughly and offered practical advice without pushing unnecessary treatments. I was particularly impressed with her focus on using natural products. My only critique would be the wait time; I had to sit for a bit before being seen, but I can understand this happens sometimes, especially in busy practices. The consultation was worth the wait, as I left with a clear plan for my skincare. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend her to friends looking for a great dermatologist.

What a breath of fresh air! I’ve seen a number of dermatologists in the past, but Dr. Bordone’s approach is truly refreshing. She is knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I appreciated how she explained the different treatment options for my eczema without making me feel overwhelmed. The office vibe was calm, which made the experience even better. The only area for improvement would be to add some educational materials in the waiting room about different skin conditions; it would be nice to read up while waiting. Nonetheless, I’m thoroughly impressed and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone in need of a dermatologist!
