My experience has been mostly positive since I started treatment here. Dr. Hansard is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics. I appreciate how she doesn't rush through appointments and gives you all the time you need. The support staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything from lab work to scheduling was smooth. However, I did feel that the follow-up communication could use a little improvement. There were times when I had to reach out for updates rather than receiving proactive calls. Overall, I’m hopeful about my progress and feel confident in the care I’m receiving. It’s an emotional journey, but I’m glad to be in such capable hands.

They walked me through all available treatments, explaining each one clearly, and I never felt rushed during my appointments. Plus, the office has a warm, inviting vibe that made each visit feel more personal. My only suggestion would be to improve communication about appointment availability; there were a few times when I wasn’t sure if I’d get a follow-up appointment as quickly as I hoped. However, once I did get in, the care was well worth the wait. I’m now pregnant, and I truly believe it’s all thanks to the dedicated staff here.
