I had a very positive experience purchasing my first used car here! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk me through all my options. I initially felt overwhelmed, but they really eased my worries and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. The vehicle I bought was clean and well-maintained, and they encouraged me to take a test drive without any pressure. One area for improvement would be to have some sort of waiting area with complimentary coffee or snacks, as I had to wait a little while for the paperwork to be processed. Despite that, I left feeling like I got a great deal and was treated with respect. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends!
