I had a really good experience at this embroidery shop! I went in looking for a custom patch for my jacket, and the staff were super helpful. They walked me through the different options, and their creative suggestions really helped bring my idea to life. I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive range of designs and how they could personalize anything to fit my style. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because they were a bit busy when I visited, so I had to wait a little longer than expected. However, once it was my turn, the service was quick and efficient, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back for more personalized gifts and memorabilia. This place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves unique custom work!
