I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with this real estate team. Jan was my agent, and she was a powerhouse of knowledge! From our initial consultation, I could tell she was genuinely invested in finding me the right home. I loved that she listened to my needs and quickly grasped what I was looking for. The listings she provided were spot-on and saved me a ton of time. Jan's negotiation skills truly shone through when we made an offer – she managed to secure a great deal! The communication was seamless; I always knew what to expect and felt like I was in good hands. The only suggestion I have is perhaps a follow-up meeting post-purchase to discuss home maintenance tips, which I think would be really beneficial for new homeowners. After searching for our new home for what felt like ages, we finally found a wonderful team to help us through the process. I worked closely with Jennie, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. She made a great effort to understand our family's needs and helped us find a beautiful home that checked all our boxes! I loved how she was always available for showings and was flexible with our busy schedules. The only area I think they could improve on is the initial paperwork; it was a bit lengthy and confusing at first. However, once we got the hang of it, things went smoothly. Overall, I am beyond happy with my new place, and I cannot thank Jennie and the team enough for their dedication and support. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy or sell a home!
