If I had one small piece of feedback, it would be to perhaps have a few more magazines or books to read while waiting, but that’s a minor detail. They took the time to listen to my concerns and even offered a free inspection, which is pretty rare. I loved that they showed me the issues and explained the repairs in a way that I could easily understand—no technical jargon! The repair was completed ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. The waiting area was comfortable, with coffee available. My only feedback would be to perhaps consider adding some snacks for those longer waits. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
