When I arrived, I was blown away by how clean and beautifully decorated the place was! The lighting was gorgeous, and there were plants that added a nice touch of nature. I had my hair done by Alex, who was so enthusiastic and genuinely wanted to help me achieve my dream hair. He took the time to explain the techniques he was using and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that he gave me tips on how to maintain my new style at home, which was super helpful. The only thing I wish is that they offered more late-night hours since my schedule can be a bit hectic, but I guess that just means I need to plan ahead!
