I opened my account here a few months ago, and overall, I am satisfied with the service. The accessibility of the bank is a huge plus for me, especially since it’s just a short drive away. The staff members are always friendly and willing to help you out. I did notice that the lines can get pretty long during lunchtime, which can be frustrating. Maybe they could add more tellers during peak hours? Despite that, I appreciate how they treat each customer with care and respect. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly banking experience!

I have been a customer for a couple of years now, and I really appreciate the variety of services offered. From everyday banking to investments, they have a range of options that caters to different needs. The online banking platform is user-friendly, making transactions smooth and quick. However, I did have a recent experience where I faced some issues with my debit card, and while the staff handled it as efficiently as possible, I had to wait longer than expected for my issue to be resolved. I think they could work on improving their response time for customer service inquiries. That said, the overall staff demeanor is always warm and welcoming, and I find their financial advice to be genuinely helpful. I love banking here and hope to see continued improvements!
