I just had my first visit to this skin care clinic, and honestly, I left feeling pretty good about my decision! Dr. Irwin was knowledgeable and attentive, listening to my concerns about aging skin. She suggested a few treatments, and I appreciated that she didn’t push anything on me. The treatment room was clean and calming, with soft music playing in the background, which helped to ease my nerves. I opted for a chemical peel and I’m excited to see the results! My only critique would be the limited hours of operation; I wish they were open a bit later in the evenings to accommodate those who work full-time. I went in for a consultation regarding acne treatment and was really pleased with how attentive the staff was. The dermatologist explained everything in detail and gave me a personalized plan that felt tailored just for me. The clinic's atmosphere was clean and serene, which I really appreciated. I do think the appointment scheduling could be improved. I had some trouble finding a time that worked for me, but once I got in, the service was fantastic.
