I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mikhail! After struggling to find a reliable doctor for years, I finally decided to give him a try based on a friend's recommendation. The moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. The layout is spacious, and I was impressed with how wheelchair accessible everything was—definitely a thoughtful touch! Dr. Mikhail genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to go over my medical history and asked insightful questions that made me feel like a partner in my own care. I also appreciated that he offers online consultations, which made it much easier for me to follow up with him after my visit without having to rearrange my schedule. My only suggestion would be to extend the appointment slots slightly; I noticed that the office had a busy schedule, and it could get tight at times. I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Mikhail, and I’m really impressed! He has a wonderful bedside manner that instantly put me at ease. During my visit, he took the time to explain my lab results in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. One thing I found particularly helpful was the ability to book appointments online; it saved me a lot of hassle. However, I did notice that the restroom could use a bit of an update, as it felt a little dated compared to the rest of the office. Despite that minor detail, I left with my concerns addressed and a better understanding of my health. I will definitely be returning for my future healthcare needs!
