My visits have been very positive overall! Dr. Shah is patient and genuinely listens to your concerns. I’ve never felt rushed during my appointments, which is a huge plus for me. The receptionists are always welcoming, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. One thing I did notice is that the office could use some updating in terms of decor, as it feels a bit outdated. However, the quality of care far outweighs that. I’m happy to have found such a caring internist!

I recently visited my new internist, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly greetings. The office is immaculate, which is always a good sign for me. Dr. Shah took the time to really understand my medical history and current concerns; he didn’t rush the appointment at all. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained things in a way that I could easily understand. I appreciated that he offered various treatment options and encouraged me to be active in my health decisions. The follow-up procedures were seamless too; the nurse called me the next day to check how I was feeling. If I had to point out a tiny downside, it would be the wait time, as I had to sit in the waiting room for about 30 minutes before my appointment. However, the quality of care I received made up for it. Overall, I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. Fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, and Dr. Shah was very attentive. I felt he truly cared about my health. The only thing I’d wish for is extended hours since I work during the day. Other than that, everything was great!
