I recently had my brakes serviced, and they not only replaced the pads and rotors but also took the time to explain the entire process to me. I love that they involve the customer, making it feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. Their prices are fair, and they charge what they quote, which I appreciate. I have noticed that they tend to get busy, especially during weekends, but I think that’s just a testament to how good they are! If you’re willing to wait a little, you’ll get quality work done. On a minor note, I would suggest that they improve their online appointment system, as it can be a bit clunky at times. Still, their service is so good that I’m willing to overlook that small issue. Overall, a great place to keep your car running smoothly!
