The office staff was incredibly supportive, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. However, I did notice that sometimes phone calls weren't returned as quickly as I would have liked, which can be frustrating when you're anxious about your health. That said, the level of expertise and care I received from Dr. Ware absolutely outweighs this minor inconvenience. It was clear he genuinely cares about his patients, and I believe that it’s rare to find a doctor who combines such deep knowledge with empathy.
