I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Janout, and I must say, it was a refreshing experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel welcomed. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, which is always a plus in my book! Dr. Janout himself was incredibly engaging and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. He didn't rush through our conversation, which I appreciated; he asked about my medical history and listened carefully to my concerns regarding my heart health. One of the standout aspects of this visit was how thoroughly he went over my test results with me. It was obvious he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. The only small downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment, but given the level of care I received, I can’t complain too much.
