I had a fantastic experience during my root canal treatment. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who made me feel at ease. The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated the clean, modern design. Dr. Rubin was incredibly professional and explained every step of the procedure, which helped to calm my nerves. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the actual treatment was. He uses the latest technology which really made a difference. I also loved how he followed up with me the next day to check on my recovery. The only tiny suggestion I have is to keep the music in the treatment rooms at a lower volume, as it was a bit distracting. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of an endodontist. During the procedure, I was amazed at how skilled he was—there was minimal discomfort! I was also impressed by the state-of-the-art technology in use. It made me feel confident that I was in good hands. The follow-up care was a nice touch, as Dr. Rubin called me personally to see how I was feeling the next day. The only minor feedback I have is regarding the appointment scheduling; it can be a bit tricky to get in during peak hours. But honestly, the quality of care is worth the wait!
