I booked a Swedish massage, and my therapist was fantastic! She tailored the session to focus on my sore spots while ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the time she took to check in with me about the pressure and areas of focus. While I felt completely relaxed during and after the massage, I did notice the booking process could use some improvement. There was a slight delay in getting my appointment finalized, which caused a bit of stress initially. However, once I was in the room, that all faded away. The small waiting area could also use a bit more seating, especially during peak hours. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall experience was fantastic, and I left feeling like a new person.
