I recently visited and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff was so friendly and made me feel at ease right away. My stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and executed my color treatment perfectly. I loved how she explained the steps she was taking and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps offering more beverage options while you wait, as it could enhance the overall experience.
