I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Dr. Hess. He has been my family doctor for over two years now, and I feel lucky to have him. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hess for a little over a year now, and I can say with confidence that he is one of the best practitioners I've encountered. His knowledge is impressive, and what really stands out is his ability to explain complex medical issues in a way that is easy to understand. Each visit feels personalized; he remembers details about my life and health journey, which makes me feel valued as a patient. The office staff is also a breath of fresh air—always welcoming and quick to assist with any inquiries. I had a small issue during my last visit where the appointment got pushed back due to an emergency case, but the staff kept us informed and made sure to accommodate us as soon as possible. Dr. Hess has been an incredible resource for my family's health! I took my two children in for their annual check-ups, and I was blown away by how well he interacted with them. As someone who has moved around a lot, finding a good family doctor has always been a challenge. Thankfully, I found Dr. Hess, and I can confidently say he has made my search worthwhile. From our very first appointment, I was impressed by his thoroughness and the way he took my personal history into account. He has a fantastic bedside manner—he listens intently and never makes me feel rushed, which is a rarity these days. The office itself is clean and well-organized, and the staff are efficient yet super friendly. I had a bit of a wait during my last visit, but I understood it was because he was giving extra time to another patient. My only suggestion would be to maybe implement a more efficient appointment scheduling system. Other than that, I’ve recommended him to all my friends because I truly believe he is one of the best doctors around!
