I cannot recommend Dr. Austin highly enough! After dealing with chronic knee pain for years, I finally decided to seek help. Dr. Austin took the time to explain my condition in a way that was easy to understand. He didn’t rush through the appointment; instead, he listened to my concerns and provided a comprehensive treatment plan. The best part? After just a few sessions of physical therapy that he recommended, I noticed a significant improvement. I can now walk without discomfort, and I’m back to enjoying activities I thought I would never do again! However, after a few months of discomfort, I knew I needed to do something. From my first visit, I felt at ease. The clinic is nice and well-organized, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Austin performed a thorough examination and ran some imaging tests, which helped him develop a tailored treatment plan. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I began to feel better. He recommended some exercises and provided a clear path forward to full recovery. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a clearer system for booking appointments; I found it a bit tricky at first. Nevertheless, Dr. Austin's expertise and the improvement I’ve seen in my shoulder have made all the difference. Highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care!
