After a couple of visits, I can say that this family practice is definitely a solid choice. The atmosphere is welcoming, and Dr. Jose is very friendly and approachable. He took time to explain my diagnosis clearly, which I found refreshing. The staff made the check-in process smooth, and I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. My only concern is the limited weekend hours; I wish they were open later on Saturdays. But overall, it’s a great place for all your family health needs!

I've been to several family practice physicians throughout my life, but I must say the level of care I received here has been unparalleled. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. Dr. Jose is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concerns in detail. I was particularly impressed with how he personalized my treatment plan based on my individual health needs. He encouraged me to ask questions, which made me feel empowered about my health. The office is well-maintained and has a comfortable waiting area, which is a plus! I also appreciate that they have extended hours on certain weeknights, making it easier for those with hectic work schedules to get an appointment. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve the appointment reminder system; I didn’t receive a text or email confirmation for my last visit. Nonetheless, I feel confident in my ongoing care here and highly recommend this practice!

I recently started seeing Dr. Jose, and I’m really glad I made the switch. His approach is very personable, and he really takes the time to get to know his patients. The office staff is friendly, which helps ease any anxiety I usually have when visiting a doctor. One thing I would love to see is a more robust follow-up process after tests; I had to reach out to get my results, which was a little frustrating. However, the quality of care I received was excellent, and I left feeling confident in my health management.
