I recently started seeing Dr. Waldron, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best family physicians I’ve ever encountered. Right from the beginning, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule my appointment, and the clinic’s clean and organized environment put me at ease. During my visit, Dr. Waldron took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. His approach to patient care is truly commendable. He not only provided me with thorough explanations regarding my test results but also included practical suggestions for improving my health. I also appreciated the follow-up call I received a few days after my appointment to check in on how I was feeling – it really made me feel valued as a patient. The only thing I would suggest is maybe extending the hours on weekends; it’d be a lot more convenient for those of us with busy work schedules during the week. What an incredible experience! I visited this family practice after hearing great things from friends and I can say that they were all spot on. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which is such a relief when you're not feeling well. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Waldron is fantastic – he has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease right away. What really impressed me was his depth of knowledge; he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to discuss my health goals. I felt heard and cared for, which is so important in healthcare. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't push any unnecessary tests or medications on me, which is something I’ve experienced in the past with other doctors. It felt like he really wanted to partner with me in my health journey. The only thing I noticed was that the waiting area could use a few more seating options; it was a bit packed during my visit. Nevertheless, I left feeling empowered and well taken care of. I can’t recommend this practice enough – truly a top-notch experience!
