From the moment I called to set up an appointment, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered a flexible schedule and got me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly, and the technician who worked on my RV took the time to do a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable, highlighting potential issues I hadn’t even considered and suggesting solutions that were both practical and budget-friendly. I was particularly excited about the solar panel installation! He explained the benefits and how it could help save on energy costs in the long run. As an RV enthusiast, I’ve been to quite a few repair shops, but this one truly stands out! I recently visited them for a solar battery upgrade and was beyond pleased with the entire process. They walked me through the various options and helped me find a solution that fit both my needs and budget. I also loved how they made sure to keep me updated throughout the repair process. It’s rare these days to find such transparency and dedication to customer service. My RV is now equipped with a state-of-the-art solar system that has significantly improved my camping experience. The only constructive feedback I could offer is that it would be great if they expanded their waiting area with some refreshments, as I had to wait a little longer than expected. However, the quality of work and service more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable repair shop, look no further. The only minor feedback I’d give is that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, as it was quite busy when I was there.
