I stumbled upon this chicken restaurant while visiting Kailua, and I'm so glad I did! The fire-roasted chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the seasoning was spot on. I also tried the sweet potato fries, which were crispy and delicious. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they seemed a little understaffed during peak hours, which affected the service time. However, the quality of the food more than made up for it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious chicken.

What a gem of a place! The fire-roasted chicken here is simply divine! I couldn’t believe how tender and flavorful each bite was. I opted for the half chicken with a side of the coconut rice, and they paired beautifully together. The ambiance is chill and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal or even a quick takeout. They have a great selection of sauces, too; my favorite was the spicy mango glaze, which had just the right kick! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is maybe extending the dessert menu a bit, as I was craving something sweet after such a hearty meal. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves really good chicken!

My family and I decided to check out this chicken restaurant after hearing great things, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The menu is extensive, but I went with the signature fire-roasted chicken, and wow, it was out of this world! The chicken was tender and had a beautiful char that enhanced the flavor perfectly. I also loved sampling the tropical coleslaw which added a refreshing crunch. My kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, which they said were the best they’d ever had! The only suggestion I have is for them to add more options for dipping sauces. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to go back for another family dinner. If you’re looking for great food and an inviting atmosphere, this place is a must-visit!
