I recently visited this practice for a skin issue that had been bothering me for quite some time. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Finding a good dermatologist is always a bit of a gamble, but I’m so glad I chose this practice! My experience started with the friendly front desk staff who made everything easy from the get-go. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and they even reminded me the day before, which I appreciated. When I met Dr. Dhafir, I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He asked thoughtful questions and examined my skin thoroughly, which made me feel like I was in knowledgeable hands. The treatment plan he proposed was comprehensive, and he even took time to explain the rationale behind it, which eased my concerns. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more availability on Fridays, as I’m sure many people would prefer weekend options. But overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my visit and would recommend this practice to anyone. It’s rare to find such a blend of professionalism and kindness, and I can’t thank them enough for the care I received!
