I was particularly impressed with how they communicated with me throughout the process, letting me know exactly what they were doing and checking in about any fragile items. They even set up my bed first at the new place, which was a huge help! The only minor issue was that the scheduling was a bit tricky since they’re not open on weekends, which would have been more convenient for my move.
