I’ve had a wonderful experience at this watch repair service! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a cheerful staff member who made me feel welcome. I brought in my vintage watch that had stopped ticking, and I was anxious about whether it could be fixed. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was, even showing me the insides of the watch! I loved how they respected the watch's history while also ensuring it would work like new. The repair was done quicker than expected, and I was thrilled with the result. It feels great to wear it again after so long! The only minor downside is their hours; they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays, which can be a bit limiting. It would be fantastic if they could extend their hours a little. Still, the quality of work and customer service easily outweighs that small inconvenience. I left with a smile and a revived piece of my history, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future watch needs!
