I’ve been to several beauty schools, but this place stands out for its incredible attention to detail. I got a facial and the student who worked on me was just fantastic! She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The products used were high quality, and I loved that she explained each step she was taking. The atmosphere was friendly and encouraging, making me feel right at home. The only small thing I would suggest is maybe a bit more signage directing clients to the different services offered, as I found myself wandering a bit to find where to check in. Nonetheless, the staff were super helpful, and I’ll definitely return for another pampering session!

I recently visited the Highlander Salon & Spa for a haircut and a color treatment, and I was thoroughly impressed! The students here are so talented and eager to learn, and I was assigned to a stylist who was not only skilled but also extremely attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and even offered suggestions based on my hair type. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was surprised at the level of professionalism considering these are students still in training. However, I did notice that some of the students were a bit nervous, which made the service slower than I had anticipated. That said, the outcome was worth the wait! I left with beautiful hair and a smile on my face. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a great service at an affordable price while supporting the next generation of beauty professionals. Just be sure to book in advance as they do get busy!

What impressed me the most was how she listened to my preferences and even suggested some techniques that would suit my face shape. The overall vibe in the salon was vibrant; you could see the students were genuinely passionate about what they were doing, and their instructors were always nearby to lend support. While the service can take a bit longer than at a traditional salon, it’s entirely worth it for the prices and the end result! I walked away feeling rejuvenated and stylish, and I absolutely love my new look. There was a slight mix-up with my appointment time, but the staff handled it gracefully and ensured I was accommodated. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for high-quality services at a fraction of the cost.
