I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! The experience I had there was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces, which is always a great start. The staff members are incredibly knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all my questions about my prescriptions without making me feel rushed. I was particularly impressed by how they handled my insurance issues, which can sometimes be a real headache. They called my insurance company directly to resolve an issue that I thought would take days to sort out. The layout of the pharmacy is very welcoming and organized, making it easy to find what I came for. I also love that they have a small selection of health and wellness products available, which I didn't expect. I picked up some vitamin supplements that I’ve been wanting to try, and the prices were very reasonable. However, I did notice that the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours, especially on Mondays when people are refilling prescriptions for the week. It’s a minor inconvenience considering the quality of service, but it might be worth planning your visit accordingly. Overall, this pharmacy truly goes above and beyond to help its customers. I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the level of service. Every time I go in, the staff greets me with a smile and makes me feel valued as a customer. They are thorough when filling prescriptions and always check back to make sure I understand how to take my medication. I also love that they offer a rewards program; it’s a nice touch that makes me feel appreciated. One small thing I would suggest is having more seating in the waiting area, especially during busy times. But other than that, I’m very satisfied and will continue to come here for my pharmacy needs!
