I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I visited during a particularly stressful time after injuring myself while playing sports. Initially, I was nervous, but the friendly receptionist immediately eased my worries. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made my wait feel shorter than it was. Once I was called back, the medical staff was professional yet warm. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment and even showed me exercises I could do at home for my recovery. The only suggestion I have is to improve the signage for first-time visitors; I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance. Other than that, I left feeling fully taken care of and well-informed. I had a really positive experience at this urgent care facility! I went in with a nasty cough that had been bothering me for weeks, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was attended to. The layout of the facility is quite nice and gives a calming vibe—very welcoming! The physician was attentive and actually listened to my concerns, which is something I value greatly. The only thing I would say is that their selection of over-the-counter medications could be wider. I ended up having to go to a pharmacy afterward to pick up a throat lozenge that I really needed. Overall, I couldn’t ask for better service, and I’m grateful for the care I received!
